


YUMA AREA SAFETY COUNCIL We Promote Safety For Business And Industry History The Yuma Area Safety Council was started in 1990 as a forum for local safety professionals to discuss training options and to share resources in order to develop safety programs for their respective industries and companies. The Yuma Area Safety Council is comprised of individuals that are either safety professionals or individuals that are tasked with promoting and enforcing safety practices within their workplace. As a group, the council networks with other safety professionals, share safety & training information, hold safety talks and brings safety seminars to Yuma. Mission It is the purpose of the Yuma Area Safety Council to enhance the quality of life in our community through the effective promotion of safety for business and industry. This shall be accomplished through proactive pooled application of available information, educational workshops and guest speakers brought to the council by our multi-diversified industry members.
